Summary/Abstract: The fundamental objective of any enterprise is to make a profit. An alternative for obtaining or increasing the profit is the financing through bank loans. Financing by bank lending is a sensitive issue because bank lending requires professionalism, expertise, good managers and experience in correctly sizing the need for loans on the one hand, as well as aspects regarding the use, the correct management of bank credit and on the other hand. its destination. Reported to the volume of activity of the enterprises, through the bank lending at the level of micro-enterprises the aim is to increase their profitability, and at the level of the big companies the maximization of the profit.
