THE NATO VISION ON SOCIAL RESILIENCE AS A STRATEGY TO COMBAT THE HYBRID WAR

Summary/Abstract: In a World that increasingly faces threats, resilience becomes a solution to hybrid threats. Besides classical threats, the World faces new types of threats. In the light of world events, resilience becomes the key to difficult situation and threats from states and non-states actors. The NATO Summit in Warsaw in 2016 was the key point where states have resumed their commitment to the common fight against any type of threats. Enhancing NATO-EU security-related relations could be another key solution alongside resilience in fighting threats.
