Summary/Abstract: The characteristics of the current security architecture have been perfected in the light of geopolitical and geo-strategic developments, which have led to major changes in the range of security risks, threats and vulnerabilities. The dynamic of asymmetric threats and the transition to the hybrid form, imposes new approaches in their study and analysis, in the elaboration of strategies for counteracting them, in the planning of military actions and the projection of force. The diversity and complexity of hybrid threats and their increasingly unpredictable manifestation have changed the course of conflict through the innovative involvement of effectiveness multipliers found predominantly in the broad sphere of the non-military spectrum.
