Summary/Abstract: Culture is a commonly known term today and we meet with it every day. Culture is the development, education, improvement, refinement, the enrichment of the spirit. In everyday use, culture is understood as a spiritual activity and therefore includes literature, theater, film, music and other forms of creativity. Culture has a big influence on consumer behavior. Culture is also goods; it is transmitted from generation to generation and by the process of socialization. The main transmitters of cultural values are familiy, schools, libraries, museums, archives. Culture exists to satisfy needs within society. Libraries, archives and museums have long been a repository of information and knowledge for citizens, but also as places where such knowledge can be shared with others and continue to transform into wisdom.
