Establishment of a New Regime, Non-Discriminatory, Applicable to the Criminal Liability of the Members of the Government and New Rules of Procedure - A Necessity from the Perspective of a Future Constitutional Review

Summary/Abstract: Starting from the provisions of art. 109 of the Constitution of Romania, the paper tries to address the problem of establishing a new legal regime, common law, non-discriminatory, applicable to the criminal liability of the members of the Government. At the same time, the need to establish procedural rules from the perspective of a future constitutional review is being considered.
