Summary/Abstract: The new Cod of Penal Procedure was recently modified after the Decision no 24/2016 of The Constitutional Court with a new article containing the procedure of the appeal regarding of the precutionary measures during the penal trial upon the suspect’s or defendant’s goods. However, there are some issues out of regulations in this matter, susceptible by lege ferenda proposals.
