Considerations Concerning the Application of Civil Law Within Time With Regard to the Adoption of Personnel Payments Laws From Public Funds

Summary/Abstract: This work shows an analysis of the juridical situations that might appear after a repeated enactment of the last remuneration laws of the personnel paid of public funds, as well as their effects on the perspective of the general principle of non retroactivity of the civil law; the exam is theoretical, thus starts from practical premises as it is based exclusively on the statute and the remuneration of the non contractual employees and those who have no suzerainty (authority) of State.
