The Law-Factor of Prevention or Encouragement of the Crime-related Phenomenon

Summary/Abstract: The appearance of the first legislative norms had as main purpose to establish rules of conduct for all the members of the society having as a basis the obligation to observe them and sometimes as goal, for those who violated them, the punishment of those who disobey such norms. However, the Romanian society has lately offered us a series of legal norms that can be interpreted as favouring committing antisocial acts, which criminologists must notify to the authorized institutions in order to develop a criminal policy that discourages those inclined to commit offences.
