Poland and Poles in Modern Ukrainian Ethnic View of World. Part II: Review of Media Discourse

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the results of an analysis of the images of Poland and the Poles in the Ukrainian media discourse. The four types of the discourses devoted to the subject matter of Polish-Ukrainian relations were distinguished. These types are as following: critical of Poles, pro-Polish, humanistic, and rational ones. The results were subjected to a cultural-civilizational analysis.
