Summary/Abstract: Our study refers to recent discoveries (the 2013–2015 annual campaigns) from Capidava as part of the research of the ‘Late Roman Principia’, a large building with an apse situated in the south corner of the fort (Pl. I/1). Capidava is a Roman, and later Early-Byzantine, fort situated on the Lower Danube limes, part of the province of Moesia Inferior, later Scythia Minor. The publication of this group of finds has the purpose of offering a glimpse of the multicultural trading landscape of the late roman provinces on the outskirts of the Empire.
