Summary/Abstract: How should we learn in order to achieve the best possible effect? What should we do to help a child in motor learning and practicing if we know which learning style is the most suitable for him/her? This paper offers answers to these and similar ques- tions which might be very useful for coaches and PE teachers and help them get a true insight into the possibilities they have at their disposal in the work with every person individually. Having explained the definition and certain types of learning styles, the emphasis is placed on the pedagogical implications of a specific model of learning styles in the realm of sport and physical activities. The recommendations for the coaches and PE teachers in their work enable continuous improvement of motor learning through a planned and systematic application of psychological findings on learning styles in kinesiology.
