THE IMPORTANCE OF JUDICIAL PROSECUTION IN THE ACTIVITY OF POLICE STRUCTURES

Summary/Abstract: Chasing suspects has a great importance because through it documentation and solving the criminal cases recorded in the judicial authorities are made operatively. Frequently, the criminals, before commiting a crime, prepare more thoroughly . Through these previous preparation the criminals aim not only the distruction of evidence but also the quick disapperance of the stolen objects or values or altering its identifying characteristics. Previous preparation also aim taking measures to ensure their escape in case of surprised in the act, including emergency measures to leave the city where the commited the crime or to cross the border.
