Summary/Abstract: Mediation is a way of resolving conflicts amicably with the help of a third party as a mediator specializing in conditions of neutrality, impartiality, confidentiality and having free consent of the parties. Mediation is based on confidence that the parties in the mediator as a person able to facilitate negotiations between them and support them to resolve the conflict by obtaining a mutual convenient, efficient and sustainable.The role of mediator is to facilitate negotiation between the parties and supported in conflict resolution.Mediation means mutual communication and reporting of parts one to cealalată, reporting their mutual needs and interests to find a common denominator.
