Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the research presented in the article was to identify the influence of the market orientation on the financial performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) operating in technology parks in Poland. The article corresponds with the needs of a systematic study of relationships between market orientation and financial performance at the organizational level. Using quantitative research methods, the authors analyzed the influence of market orientation on the theoretical construct named financial performance. CAWI and PAPI were two methods applied during the empirical research, while the methods of statistical description and inference were used for the analysis of collected data. The article provides some insights into direct relationships between market orientation and financial performance. The conducted research has proved that in the sample group of MSMEs operating in technology parks (TPs) in Poland, the market orientation is a factor stimulating their financial performance. In future research, it would be valuable to analyze the role of market orientation in combination with other strategic orientations in different contexts.
