Summary/Abstract: While in the previous article we got acquainted with the territorially limited form of legislative substitution, ie the exercise of legislative power instead of the legislature, on whose side there is a legal or factual obstacle to legislative activity (interrupted or terminated session, closed election situations), the legislative delegation is the subject of our attention here. This is the second of the basic situations where the legislative power is exercised not only by the legislature, but also by another body or bodies, but in this case not in the role of a substitute for the legislature, but in parallel with it, on the basis of authorization. The adoption of legal normative acts with the force of law is thus not monopolized by the legislator in the formal sense, ie by the legislature.
