Summary/Abstract: In the national economy, storage contracts and storage contracts are often concluded in relation to other obligations. Alternatively, it is governed by the provisions of Sections 517 to 525 of the Commercial Code, ie the provisions of the contract on the deposit of the thing, determination of the rights and obligations of entities pursuant to Section 526 of the Commercial Code. A contract for the deposit of a thing is created very often. E.g. arises from the law in a situation where the buyer does not take over the goods from the seller within the specified time. Although the use of this contract is very frequent, the literature does not pay much attention to this topic.
