Summary/Abstract: Loan is both an economic and a legal concept. Credit relationships can be defined as relationships arising from the repayment of funds between entities under agreed conditions.We do not consider the time difference between the fulfillment of the obligation (for example, the acceptance of the goods by the buyer), event. by accepting the invoice and payment. The term business loan is used for this time difference. Although at present a business loan - with a longer period of its provision - is in principle not agreed in our country, in fact it occurs in a number of cases.
