Gathering from the perspectives of some of the theories of the sociology of law

Summary/Abstract: In this text we will show what role the mass media can play in the construction of social deviation. The interrelationship of law, the means of mass communication and, of course, deviation is one of the areas where the sociology of law encounters media science in order to jointly reveal some of the processes that are closely connected with law and legal science.
