Summary/Abstract: Some articles in the Commercial Code are perceived as complex and in practice some addressees (but others may not have any difficulty) of this regulation - after getting acquainted with these provisions - it is difficult to imagine the mutual relations of individual partial amendments. This leads us to use graphic expression in such cases (we can build on our previous efforts in this direction). We have also included in our efforts the commercial law regulation of business groups. At least we want to show the relationships of selected concepts. Business groups are legally regulated in the provisions of Section 66a, Paragraphs 1 to 16 of the Commercial Code.
