Defects of a work in German law

Summary/Abstract: Due to intensive economic relations with Germany, the German legal regulation of commercial and civil law obligations is of considerable importance for a relatively large number of Czech legal and natural persons. The current topic in this area of German law is the recent extensive amendment to the law of obligations (referred to in Germany as the modernization of the law of obligations - Schuldrechtsmodernisierung), which also affected the legal regulation of the work contract, especially the legal defects of work, which is for both parties a relatively important and often applied part of the legal regulation of a work contract.
