Summary/Abstract: In this short contribution, we would like to discuss in particular the possibilities of reviewing the decisions of tribunals and bodies resolving international economic disputes and to point out the differences and similarities in the resolution of international economic disputes and commercial arbitration. While investment disputes under NAFTA and ICSID have many elements in common with commercial and international commercial arbitration as regards the possibility of reviewing decisions, WTO decision-making is much more sophisticated. In many ways, this can be similar to national practice. In the first part of the article, we will deal with the review of decisions within the WTO. In the following sections, I will try to show me the possibilities of reviewing decisions within NAFTA and ICSID, and we will finally compare these "traditional" methods with the usual options for reviewing arbitral awards in Czech law.
