The unity of a family under the refugee legislation

Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to reveal a certain aspect of the right to family life, namely "being together". The principle of family unity is based on the belief that the family (family unity) has the right to protection as a whole and the fate of family members should be the same. A conference was held in Geneva in November 2001 on family unity and the reunification of refugee families.
