Summary/Abstract: Financial services distribution is constantly changing. There are a few new methods to provide services, such as mobile banking or a virtual branch. Consumers have a tendency to make use of financial services in a certain way. The aim of the publication is to identify preferred ways to use services by customers and to reveal the determinants of customers market behavior.
