Selected constitutional rules and their realization in the proposed amendment to the law of the Senate's procedure rules

Summary/Abstract: The annotated draft amendment to the Senate Rules of Procedure is in itself capable of fundamentally changing our parliamentary practice. However, in the event of adoption by the Senate, it could contribute to this as a possible source of inspiration for a similar amendment to the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies.
