Summary/Abstract: According to our findings, the title types of contract types are quite often used in practice. The mandate agreement is regulated by the provisions of § 566 to § 576 of the Commercial Code; the provisions of the commission contract are directly related to it in § 577 to § 590 of the Commercial Code.
