Summary/Abstract: The perception of professional individuality of higher school (college) teachers as a condition for their professional becoming is analyzed in the paper. Theoretical, methodological basis for individual professional becoming of higher school teachers are highlighted. Professional self-awareness of teachers as an educational condition for individual professional becoming is analyzed. An empirical survey in the colleges of Lithuania was carried out. The objective of the survey: to study educational conditions for individual professional becoming of college teachers. The results of this empirical research are presented in the paper. They show how teachers perceive individuality and how individuality becomes a significant factor for their professional becoming.
