Summary/Abstract: Public transport is the main means of transportation in Šiauliai as a major part of its population uses buses and express taxis. The users of public transport in Šiauliai are satisfied with the services provided by public transport companies. In order to improve the quality of public transport services it is necessary to ensure the schedule to be kept by the buses and express taxis, passenger safety and needs satisfaction.
