Summary/Abstract: This study includes some information about an important and memorable french architect namely Albert Galleron who impressed the society by his way to perceive the word, by his unique perspective. His buildings are specials because of the two different styles combined perfect. They are very important, here, in Romania like the “National Bank” or the “Romanian Athenaeum” and many others. But for us the most beautiful and important palace he made is “Palace Ghika” from our town. It’s like it just had fallen from the Heaven and put here surrounded by a park which will always protect it. Albert Galleron was the first architect who worked in this country and he absolved the famous French School of Art, Beaux-Art. The influence of the French culture marked the Romanian society for the entire XIX century. In the same time this influence created the setting up of a modern system architectural and it made this trade very appreciated and honored.
