Financial law in the legal order - several comments

Summary/Abstract: Within the legal order of the Czech Republic, financial law is understood as an independent branch of law. This awareness had to go through a relatively long and complex evolutionary development, which was accompanied mainly by the fulfillment of the so-called sectoral criteria, which created an imaginary boundary between financial law and other sections of law. The most difficult is to define the boundary with the genetically closest sector from which financial law has been divided, and that is administrative law.
