Summary/Abstract: Restorative justice is a new paradigm that restores the personal equilibrium of the psychic apparatus. In countries such as the US, New Zealand, Ukraine, etc. it is used for sentencing in the justice system, in the school environment, for family gatherings, in therapeutic programs, for the treatment of various forms of addiction and more. Caused pain can be healed through restorative justice approaches. His restorative approaches build wholeness and completeness in the so-called Circle model, in which the victim, the offender and the community take part. This is how the human returns to society to remind us that everyone is connected and we are responsible for our actions to others - the responsibility to correct what has been done.
