Summary/Abstract: Part of the general trend of normalization of relations, when it was found that the high standard of human rights granted to our society in the previous century is a little too "romantic" and annoying for politicians and the executive, is the trend of protecting the state against outside authorities. The state power seems to have attacked independent ethical authorities that do not serve it (proposal to limit the rights of participants in administrative proceedings, disgraceful statements of high state officials against environmental initiatives or journalists, examination of judges and executive oversight, restriction of assembly rights, enforcement of political influence in the media) . As part of this trend, the state also attacks churches - not that churches sometimes do not provide arguments. For example, effort is significant. to deprive ecclesiastical legal entities of the possibility to run diakonia and charities, ie the most generally appreciated part of the activity of churches, as it is claimed that "the operation of a medical facility is not directly related to the exercise of religious freedom".
