Summary/Abstract: A key feature of Community law, as decided by the European Court of Justice is its supremacy. The competition is an area where the Community has "exclusive jurisdiction". Therefore, competition, Member States may legislate only to the extent that transpose or apply Community law or in areas not regulated at Community level.
