Summary/Abstract: Anticompetitive practices antitrust law is traditionally two types of business behavior likely to affect competition: cartels and abuse of dominant position. Cartel are concentration between two or more your enterprise with the purpose or effect of restricting competition in the market, while abuse of dominant position is an act of state enterprises to wear its dominant market power to limit or exclude any competition.
