Summary/Abstract: Nowadays SME’s do not mean of those which can not extend operations due to failure, continue to be small, lunch of economy and thus always need help. In contrast, they’re flexible resulting dynamism, they can easily adapt themselves the changing conditions, their structure are non-bureaucratic thus they are more creative and they can easily recognize demand gaps and fulfill them. The small and medium size enterprises which constitute about %98 of the current economic activities and direct economy are faced with various problems during the adaptation process to European Union. When looked more closely, it is obvious that the most prevalent ones are the financial problems.
