Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, the developments in industry and technology that occur with globalization reveal different occupational diseases in the sectors. Failure to improve working conditions at the specified level causes an increase in the variety of occupational diseases. In order to prevent this, it is stated that various practices related to occupational health and safety have been carried out for many years and these practices differ according to the countries and sectors. Occupational health and safety in terms of society not knowing the value it gives to human health is the biggest obstacle. Since the mental health of the employees in a safe environment will be good, their productivity also increases.
