Summary/Abstract: The article discusses how breaking up of a family can contribute to the occurrence of various types of educational and socialization deviations that negatively affect child's situation at school. The accumulation of emotions unpleasant and difficult for the child related to the lack of one of the parents may, depending on the personality of the child, be manifested in reprehensible behavior or isolation from the society and neglecting school duties.
