Summary/Abstract: Need for cooperation on justice and home affairs has resulted from the evolution of the crossborder organized crime, international terrorism, drug and people trafficking. For the materialization of forms of European cooperation on the creation of the area of freedom, security and justice, specific legal instruments were used, which allowed the implementation of Community objectives in national law of Member States.
