Summary/Abstract: In my article, I would like to compare the conditions for the use of weapons during the First Republic with the conditions under current legislation. I am of the opinion that the large time lag between the two periods is not very suitable for such a comparison, however, I believe that many of the opinions and evaluations of the individual problems of this issue at that time are still worth thinking about.
