Summary/Abstract: International criminal law as being a collaboration law between states in criminal matters, it is natural that the principles of criminal law generally recognized in criminal law system of states to underpin all international regulations in this matter. Meanwhile, international relations are governed by their own principles, which determine the international criminal law principles apply in specific circumstances as international regulations in this area and the institutional system designed to implement differ in an important measure from legal principles and judicial structures existing in the domestic law of states.
