Summary/Abstract: His article analyses some theoretical aspects of defining and understanding of crises in a social and organizational environment. Seen as a breaking point, the crisis has implications regarding the output of an organization and its management. The author proposes a synthetic guide for answering to crisis situation emphasizing the important activities associated to it.
