Summary/Abstract: This article shows the way a ghost company in Romania is set up and functions, the economic actors that, although they have documents, they are innexistent in the economic life because such companies are set up to deal with illegal bussiness on a large scale. The effect is directly proportionate with the amount of illegal money in the underground economy. The huge amounts of money coming from illicit economy are transfered abroad and they produce an imballance.
