Summary/Abstract: What is specific to the Romanian criminal law after 1989 is the fact that at the same time several criminal laws are active, related to the same category of social relations, in the sense that the same acts are forbiden, but one is stipulated in a general regulation while the other in a special regulation. the doctrine and practice stated that the special law has priority because it includes the characteristic elements of the new relations in the social life.
