Summary/Abstract: Law order means the situation resulting by accomplishing the legality in which social relations are established in strict accordance with rules of law and it is achieved the cooperation between all the factors, individuals and social groups, of state structures and institutions, to achieve the common goal which is general good. Using public order is a method to achieve from all the citizens the safety and sense of peace what is materialized in that climate of safety in public life, as necessarily as people's privacy and normality.
