Summary/Abstract: The character of a legal act as a sale contract, regulated in a specific way, seems and was even simple in the beginning, but in time an entire system of selling arrangements and legal acts has developed that appear to be similar or even identical with the act of sale, which may cause and even caused hesitation or confusion regarding the legal regime applicable in such cases, hence the need for a distinction to be made between the sale contract and other contracts falling under the category above mentioned (that is, for example: contributions to society, commissioning payment, service sales, contract for work, selling things to be manufactured or buildings to be constructed, selling fruit goods, concession, lease-sale - leasing etc.).
