Summary/Abstract: Our article aims to address a process of managerial adaptation to change that is achieved gradually, requiring a cycle of change, at individual and organizational level, starting from the premises formulated in the management strategy. The transformation of school organizations into learning organizations (en. learning organizations) is the purpose of their development. The design of the expected stages are forecasting, scheduling, organizing, evaluating and managing, to which we add GAP analysis as a simple and efficient method. The (self) assessment methods and tools we recommend are: participant observation, questionnaire, SWOT analysis, activity product analysis, expression of colleagues’ opinions, (self-assessment) report, feedback collection, etc. The ways of feedback and regulation of the activity are in relation to the clear and concrete objectives of the activity, with the stimulating activity and its efficiency.
