RESEARCH AND ACADEMIC INTEREST IN RESTORATIVE JUSTICE IN BULGARIA

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of research and academic interest in Bulgaria on the issue of restorative justice. A brief historical overview of what has been happening in the area over the last two decades has been made. The annexes illustrate the main publications on the topic, as well as projects and other studies showing the growing interest in the restorative idea.
