Summary/Abstract: Increasing advances in high-tech areas involve reflections on their effects on the structure and functionality of society in general, but also on respect for human rights, especially in the context of increasingly complex and profound interaction between man and machine in its forms the most evaluated. The author presents a series of documents, adopted at the level of international organizations in this field, aimed at detecting legal and ethical issues aimed to be standardized, so that human rights standards are adapted to new conceptual and content challenges.
