Summary/Abstract: Aggression in the psychiatric field is a common old problem with many forensic implications, both for the patient and for the medical staff. In the current pandemic context, mental healthhas an important part in maintaining a balance for the patient due to self-isolation and lowemotional support. Social marginalization, decreased quality of life are just some of thenegative effects of aggressive impulses, so often found in the pandemic with COVID-19. Agood understanding of these manifestations found in multiple psychiatric diagnoses is anecessary step to establish an optimal and individualized treatment, so that the patientbenefits from a rapid improvement of symptoms, the ultimate goal being social reintegration.
