Activity of Youth Councils on the Social Networking site Facebook – Comparative Analysis

Summary/Abstract: The following paper discusses the issue of Youth Council activity on the social networking site Facebook. The Facebook pages of Youth Councils from all voivodeship cities in Poland were subjected to research. The article verifies the extent to which Youth Councils are active in the field of social communication with the use of Facebook. The paper also intends to explore the content posted on the selected websites and answer the question of whether Youth Councils are actively seeking to inform the local communities about their activities.
