Summary/Abstract: In the general theory of the administrative act, the delimitation of the individual administrative act from the normative administrative act is treated, as a rule, within the classification of the administrative acts. Traditionally, the individual / normative classification is made taking into account the criterion of the extent of the legal effects generated by the administrative act. Undoubtedly, any theoretical classification presupposes a set of differences specific to classified notions. Therefore, the article addresses two categories of differences specific to unilateral administrative acts and normative ones, respectively. The first category includes the causal / deductive differences, which serve to delimit the individual administrative act itself from the normative administrative act and which form the effective content of this article. The second category includes the differences that manifest themselves after the classification of the administrative act in one of the two categories.
